Sam Ginzburg, CEO, brings over two decades of financial expertise to his role. He served as a Founding Partner & CEO at Shay Capital for 5 years, spent 17 years as a managing member and co-head of equities at First New York Capital, and held the position of Senior Managing Director & Head of Global Sales and Trading at Gruntal & Co. Sam’s career highlights his leadership and proficiency in financial markets.

Jordan Wand, CIO, joins ARAMAS as CIO with a 22-year background in finance. Notably, he spent a decade at Maple Lane Capital, followed by 2 years at RBC Capital Proprietary Trading, 1.5 years at CR Intrinsic, 4 years at Glenhill Capital, and 5 years at Maverick Capital. Jordan’s extensive experience showcases his expertise in the field.

Al Borrelli boasts an impressive career in Finance,Operations, Compliance and Risk for financial institutions. He offers a unique combination of advanced analytical and business expertise, instrumental in driving critical corporate growth through launching, restructuring and streamlining entire financial reporting systems and identifying major reporting discrepencies bleeding profitability and cash flow. With over 33 years in the financial services industry, his experience includes 4 years as CFO & FinOp at Baycrest Partners, 2 years as Founding Partner & CFO at Shay Capital, and 8 years as Founding Partner & CFO at Merus Partners.
